Zivko Mitrovic, Fonder  and Professor at the Department of Quality Management, Faculty of Organizational Science, University of Belgrade. Prof. Mitrovic is also Director of Division for Business Management as a part of YMSD Consulting. He has 30 years of professional experience in Quality Control, Quality System Management, and modeling QMS and EMS. Prof. Mitrovic is also co-fonder international company ABE Ltd, Chicago, Illinois. His developed unique systemic approach in Quality Management as well as develop Model for Quality System as well as Model for Quality System Management. In cooperation with international experts from United States, Prof. Mitrovic developed unique Model of Environmental System as well as Model of Environmental Management System.
