Dan Pusica, co-founder and Principal of YMSD Consulting, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 25 years of experience in engineering, design, installation, plant layout (drafting) and testing systems. Mr. Pusica has expert knowledge in HVAC and Refrigerant systems, dust collectors, fire protection and plumbing and drainage. He is also experienced in bid preparation, material selection and the development of specifications and drawings as well as in conducting energy and building condition audits. He has excellent management and supervisory skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to problems. Dan Pusica has been involved in the management of design teams, project management, and department management.
